Our Story
The story of Ssava Prims Consults Limited began in 2012, born out of a quest for excellence and grassroots development. Originally operating as a non-governmental organization focused on scientific research and development, the firm rapidly expanded its technical and operational capacity.
To meet the growing demands of large corporate organizations, multi-national companies, and government agencies, the company was officially incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission on February 16, 2016 (RC: 1316578). Today, we stand as a premier multi-disciplinary company, offering unmatched expertise across engineering, real estate property development, and specialized consultancy.

Under the strategic leadership of our Group Managing Director, Prince Borokinni Lukmon Adeniyi, our primary team of highly qualified individuals boasts over 25 years of combined experience in the general engineering and consulting business.
Our integrated professional team includes structural engineers, architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, marine engineers, and urban planners. With a robust workforce comprising over 40 professional engineers, 43 technologists, and 400 operational staff, we have the capacity to execute multi-million Naira projects across the continent.
